@That83person This is so genuinely encouraging to hear. I've been trying to work on more of my writing but have been so busy with life that I haven't gotten to write/edit as much recently. But I really do want to publish this novel, and I plan to keep moving toward that goal. I am so blessed by your kindness and uplifting feedback, and I am extremely grateful to know that my story had such a positive impact on you. @BlueJay325 you're welcome! The book has quite literally changed my life. I never read unless my mother forced me to for school, and even then most times I wouldn't. After I finished it I went on to read 40 other books, which might not seem like a lot to someone who reads, but I am not kidding when I said I hadn't finished a book. (Since you can listen to most of the books required for school, I didn't see the point.) I found it so horribly boring. Oddly enough it is still the only thriller I've ever finished. I thought that was going to become my genre but the others just weren't as good. When people say you should publish the book you should! You have a real gem on your hands. I know you've heard that it's a great book before, but really, it changed my life. Thank you, I hope you continue to write. Just wanted to let you know.
Oh, so I broke up several of the chapters since I’m in exchange book clubs—I didn’t want partners to have to read some of the longer ones in their entirety for a single exchange, so I broke them up.
