Super late reply, it’s been a second since I’ve reread that work, but likely it was because of cuss words, sexual innuendos or mentions of it, mental health/suicide/suicidal thoughts mentioned, or possibly graphic descriptions of gore. I put almost all of my works in mature themes because I don’t believe most children (or depending on the work 11-14 year olds) should read them, but I also cannot stop them.
