Last time on The Major Players:
If you received this message, then know that your life is about to change! Tomorrow, the Glamour Girls are holding an Informational @ 7am. More information to follow.
"I know its Saturday, and I normally help you down at the Flea Market, but there is a very important meeting I must attend in - " I glance at my wrist device, "In 30 minutes."
"Dressed like a magical shogun?" He asked.
"Dressed like a Glamorous shogun, yes."

So many of the girls here were upper class, seventh and 8th graders. There were a couple of 6th grade girls speckled in between, but they stood out like freckles on a pale face. And I fit right in. I was calm, collect, an aspiring glamour girl. I was nervous earlier, but now, I felt more in control than ever.

Then she walked out to the center of the catwalk.
And the air tensed. Every girl perked up. Amelia Gibson, headliner, Glamour Girl Uno, the girl I wanted to be.
"Good morning, ladies, and welcome to the Glamour Girls Informational '23 . . . we have an exam." I look back up at Amelia, who stared at me like she'd seen a ghost. And then the others noticed and every girl stared at me too. That's when it dawned on me. I was right all along. The message . . . had come in error.
Question is, if Amelia didn't send me, her best friend the message, then who did?
