No update tonight, I’m really tired and honestly didn’t get much done. I did >100 words on Frost and Fates and read chapter three of On Whispered Threads though, so yeah. Life goes on, I’m waiting for Friday to come. If I could I’d just skip right to after school and keep going until 6:30 tomorrow and just skip the rest of the day, I kinda hate thursdays.

— ATTENTION AWARDS PARTICPANTS, GOLDEN BUBBLES AND FOODIE, AND FOLLOWERS —
First, Golden Bubble. The payment I put as my mandatory is 4 comments, two per chapter, on any two chapters of any of my stories. I don’t ask for votes. I don’t even require follow. I just want that slightest bit of feedback. Please do the comments, not votes.
Second, Foodie. There’s a slight schedule change, nothing major, don’t worry.
I’m going to change the release date of all categories, prizes, payments, etc. to between January 20th and January 25th. This is to give a bit more time to get acquainted with the awards, I guess.
Now, CALLING LITERALLY EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER PARTICIPATED IN AN AWARD!!! I HAVE A QUESTION:
What do you look for in a contest, good or bad? How can I make my contest enjoyable as the host? I truly want to make it a positive experience for you guys, please, please respond.

@BookLover3062 probably something on the book title or description to mention which stage the award is at, that way we as participants won't have to spend to much time finding an award/competition that was hosted around 2020 or something, or was discontinued. Plus if you decide to discontinue an award, we as participants would like to be notified, that way we won't worry about how long the judging process is taking.
@katiegoesmew Ok! I’ll definitely make an effort to communicate frequently via message board, probably through the nightly updates. And I think my timeline will be each category allotted two weeks for judging, which I think is 14 categories so 28 weeks, which should be October-ish (I did this math a few weeks ago lol). Of course, it could get delayed because I have a life and the end of the school year gets really, really busy for me, but I’ll try my best to stick to it :)
@roarcus Ok! I was mainly talking to the people I’ve seen who just voted, it doesn’t apply to the people who just haven’t gotten to them yet :)
So. I had a whole big update… and then accidentally clicked up top and it went away. I’m freaking furious. Everyone, give me a few minutes and I’ll post the major, major parts. I’ll post the less significant parts right here in bullet points because I’m tired and don’t feel like writing all those sentences again.
• No writing progress today, but I did get a solid plot idea for Frost and Fates so it’s back on track now!
• Thanks to @CroodsGirl and @sapphire_seas for reviewing Fangs and Fates, I really appreciate the feedback.
• I’m going to write a short story called Crimson in January. It’ll be a dystopian/utopian story (I need to look up differences and decide which one it belongs in), with maybe a few hints of fantasy.

First a big announcement: SOKEEFE IS GETTING MARRIED! I get to somehow simultaneously walk Sophie down the aisle, be a bridesmaid, and be a flower girl. Huh. Maybe having two alts for the rp was a bad decision in hindsight but OH WELL!! Congrats @FosterLovesAlicorns and @-L0rd_Hunkyhair-!!!
Second, no writing progress. Don’t know how, don’t know why, but didn’t.
Third, I started On Whispered Threads by @roarcus and have Red Moon Princess prepped to go. I’m working on it guys!
Last, story time. I had a rave party ish in my bathroom with my sister. The end.
