            I'm not sure how much I could come up for this version but I'll think of something once I'm done

@marvelworld96 I just released Chapter Two lol, but I would love to hear any ideas you have.

I can see what you mean with that also since Chris does actually become the new criminal head in the comics while also having his uncle by his side which I think could work here. And speaking of The Dark Knight Rises, I was also thinking of a Batman/Bane hand-to-hand combat with Kick-Ass and Skull and Bones (who is the corrupt cop Vic Gigante from the first film and his role isn't just to put down superheroes or hunt down Hit-Girl but also sees himself as the Robin Hood of the 21st century while setting up his Skull and Bones squad)
            
            I was also thinking if you read the unfinished story I put up, Dave is already okay with Mindy's violent and wouldn't question her about it but they also do a bit of catch-up and even more training before parting ways again before the big event happens. Also aren't Dave and Mindy already opposites of each other though?

@BookWriterTales2000  Oh ok. I think I can take a look and see what you mean once you get around to making the story and I'll take a look sometime. Because the other I thought she would be killed off was so Dave would eventually move on with Mindy by the end since the last film teased an eventual romance with the two. (though I sort of preferred them as friends)
            
            I was actually not too sure how Katie would brought back into this story as she doesn't appear in the third comic book but I was having a feeling she could reunite with Dave out of coincidence while he's still Kick-Ass and they could do a bit of catch-up following the events of the last film. (she's driving in a car while watching Dave get beat up by mugger and she helps and attempts to drive him home or something) Katie knows its too late but she would tell Dave she is sorry for his loss for his father and even apologise for the way she acted towards him leading to their break-up and Dave tries to explain his situation which could lead to Katie being concerned with Hit-Girl. She knows deep down she can never stop him from being a superhero and the conversation could end with Katie asking out of concern "I just need to know just one thing: When will this all end, Dave?" and Dave could simply reply with "I don't know, Katie".  And I think I might let you sort the rest out after that.

@marvelworld96 no I was saying that I'd turn Katie’s character to mirror Black Widow’s if that make sense while still keeping the core of her origins. But if she were to get cut off that would be cool too in an Endgame kind of way. 
            
            Also I like your ideas which I will use to some extent, though I was thinking of making Chris D’Amico into more of a “talia Al ghul” type of character, while still wanting vengeance on Kick Ass. If that makes sense. He remains a powerful son of the mob but also skilled on combat. 
            
            And in my version with Mindy & Dave they will more so be opposites like Batman & Catwoman. Dave wants to save people but Mindy would believe that stopping bad guys for good actually saves more lives and puts fear into criminals. 
            
            I'm also adding a few characters of my own into this “reborn” version too.
