Crazy fanfic idea: A young FBI agent (Friday) who's basically a certified genius at analysis but has very little field experience is sent undercover with her more experienced, laid-back partner (Melanie) to investigate a travelling circus suspected of running a drug trafficking operation. As soon as she arrives, she becomes convinced that one of the young acrobats (Ian) is involved. He's charming, arrogant, constantly gets under her skin, and seems to be hiding something. She spends the investigation trying to prove he's guilty, only to discover he's hiding completely different secrets and reluctantly ends up helping her uncover the real operation.
