@DEVOTEXD it takes time and involves a lot. Sometimes you'd post a picture of your profile and as them to be moots, they'd comment the username and you'd follow the on Wattpad before the follow you back. You will need a Facebook acct. I wasn't on fb but had to join to promote my book and find like minded individuals
