so summer of 2021 when i was 13 i read adore you for the first time. i had it downloaded so ads wouldn’t get in the way and on my ipad i played (every single time without fail) lovers rock by tv girl on repeat whilst i read. to this day every time i hear that song i think of lia and robbie. even hearing tv girl live at a festival the nostalgia took over me. i have yet to read (and i read a lot of books) that have had this much of an impact on me. it’s been 5 years, im 18 (writing this at 3:55am) about to finish exams and go to university and i still think the last chapter of forget me. i know it’s been so long and sending this message will go nowhere but hopefully this brings peace to me and others reading this. lia and robbie have managed to shape my view on love forever, your words have done that. i hope you’re okay and god i hope you come back to finish their story.

I just complete the reading adore you.  And I'm in love with this book and when I come for sequel I feel bad when I see the last update date, and now I'm just hoping that  please continue story whenever you're ready.

will never stop thinking about this book… back again after a few years and every time i listen to simon and garfunkel i think about cecelia and robbie. i literally started listening to them because of this book. old friends and america always makes me want to cry. i hope one day you come back because this book is ingrained in every part of me

Lmao hey guys im back again! all roads seem to lead me back here as i do my yearly checks. I don't even remember the book anymore tbh, just a few scenes that are ingrained in my memory that i loved but besides that, nothing. I don't want to reread the book, i feel like the feeling i got when i first read that book years ago should stay in that time. That's nostolgia right? but anyway. i don't really use wattpad that much at all but if i hop on wattpad, this is the first book i think about so i check just incase.
