I'M PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT BILL CIPHER'S TARGET PT.1 IS DONE!! There will be a second book for this dream (once I have the second part of the dream -_-) For now, I will make a book on another dream I had last night.

Conveniently, I had the 2nd part of the Bill dream last night, so I'll be staying up late tonight writing the second book. Minor change for the name: It will only say "Bill" instead of "Bill Cipher" it just takes up space
