My name is Niaya and I've been writing since I was six years old up until now. I've used many methods of storing my words and many forms of writing, but my favourite is story telling. I love fiction and horror and broken friendships and conflict in writing and I love the thought that I can create a universe that others would love to read. 

I grew up more on the poor side so writing down stories of strong female characters and them overcoming their emotions and issues helped me ignore that world. I know that some day, I will make a child on the poorer side believe they can work to achieve what they want. I want to encourage people of all back grounds, sexualities, ethnicities, and lifestyles that they can be and they can do all they set their minds too. They don't have to fall in line and be what anyone else wants them to be-because I'm working on it too.
