Good news!
I finally found a place to stay, though it’s pretty far from where I’ll be interning. Not sure why I’m even updating here… maybe the side effect of being single (just kidding ). Anyway, the rent is on the expensive side, so I’ll really need to budget carefully.
Do you know where I can buy affordable essentials for a small house in Manila? I’m on a tight budget and need to stretch every peso.
Hayssss... Sometimes I wish we had that generational wealth cushion, but for now it’s all about smart spending and making it work.

Definitely quiapo or divisoria if you are really on a budget. Be careful lang din diyan pls avoid using your phone kung hindi mo naman need. And feel free to ask vendors kung may gusto ka or place kasi sila talaga yung matagal na and kilala na nila yung lugar around the area. Iwasan mo rin sumakay sa parang electric motorcycle-- for me much better mag lakad ka para ma'familiar mo yung place. I repeat libre lang mag tanong kaya as much as possible just ask everything pag hindi talaga kaya o may tanong ka.

I had an interview earlier and got accepted.
However, I’ve run into another concern—the place I was supposed to stay at is already occupied huhuhu. It's the only place I could afford.
Please pray for me. Being a college student is really difficult.

@Bp_hiu author you wrote this story "Why me?" with so much heart it almost hurts to be honest. Every line feels vulnerable. You can feel how much care went into this book, and that’s what makes it so powerful it doesn’t just tell a story, it makes you feel understood how every lover felt saying goodbye :(
