I enjoy reading and writing. I mostly read mysteries (mainly about detectives) as well as science fiction and fantasy, but I do on occasion find myself drawn to historical fiction. I write various genres. I do write a lot of short stories set in varying historical settings as well as more contemporary settings. I do enjoy writing poetry and science fiction and fantasy (of varying degrees--i.e. high or low). On occasion, I find myself wanting to craft a mystery of my own replete with killers and detectives finding themselves in a cat-and-mouse situation. I also write longer pieces that I do hope will become part of a collection. At this time, I am working towards posting chapters to my novel I am currently figuring out.
