Hey I was wondering if I could do Def Leppard and finish the story I love to write
@Dallywinston2019 This AU series is 10+ years old at this point (I started writing it in ~2012), so if you want to write a fic set in this verse, go for it. Just make sure to give credit.
I'm making a separate account for my Charmed fanworks featuring Damon Wolf, my Darklighter OC. All of the fics that will be there are backed up on AO3, just in case that account gets banned.
Because, you know, incubus-like Darklighter OC whose job is to intentionally seduce and impregnate Whitelighters-to-be. Who also moonlights in the mortal world as a rock star.

I am leaving my current works up on Wattpad, but any further updates will be solely to my AO3 accounts in case any of my works here are deleted. Usernames are in the profile description if you want to follow me there.
If any of my followers/readers still want to write recursive fanfic set in my Moonlight universe, let me know what your AO3 pseud is, the name of the fic, and I can add it as a bookmark to that series and/or add you as a co-creator.
Due to Wattpad's recent purchase by South Korean company Naver, I want to remind everyone that ALL my works are backed up to AO3.
This sort of purchase usually means a content purge is coming. I lived through both Strikethrough and the Tumblr Purge (yes, I'm a Fandom Old). Historically, the types of content that are likely to be purged are the following:
1. RPF/RPS (Real Person Fic/Real Person Slash)
2. Any of the big ‘controversial’ subjects (underage, rape, incest, abuse, etc.)
3. Sexual content of all kinds but especially m/m
If you haven't already, PLEASE back up your works — AO3 is a great place to do so. I am dead serious.
S.Korea is currently in a mild revolt over fanfictions (RPS specifically, which Wattpad has lots of). The petition (https://href.li/?https://www1.president.go.kr/petitions/595551 ) asking for the criminalization of fanfictions (and the legal punishment as s.ex offenders of their writers) has currently passed the threshold of 200k signatures needed for the government to make a statement about it.
In addition: If you are a reader and have favorite fics here on Wattpad that are *not* on any other platform: Save. Them. Download them as a .pdf or copy them to a Word Doc so you have a offline copy.
(Yes, this goes for my works as well. I'm giving y'all blanket permission to download any of my fics for offline storage purposes in case any of them get deleted. Because I've lived through that more than once and waking up to find your favorite fics have been deleted overnight without warning sucks.)

@SexyDeanWinchester Yes, I like the idea. Honestly, go for it and write what you want to write. because if it's your idea then you're going to do it better justice than someone else writing it for you would.

@aryai_1_ If you're still interested, yeah, go for it. At this point I'm probably never going to end up writing the eighth story I'd had in mind anyway.
