Update #2  A war left America in ruins, regressing it to a primitive state. Jay Shepherd and Michael Gutierrez managed to survive the initial day of the conflict. Following a bombing in California, they sought refuge in an Oregon bunker for ten years. Later, they discovered the existence of other survivors in Jay's home state of North Carolina. Determined to find these individuals, Jay embarked on a journey, taking Michael along. They encountered numerous challenges, meeting both allies and adversaries. The journey presented them with various distressing sights, leading them to question their decision to proceed to North Carolina. However, Jay persevered and reached his destination with Michael. Unfortunately, something unexpected occurred as they approached North Carolina, causing Jay to reconsider his entire plan. He arrived at his destination, but at a significant cost.

UPDATE #1: My book will be about a couple's survival during World War 3 and its aftermath. As I progress towards completing the book, I will provide regular updates. I sincerely hope that you all will enjoy it and support my journey.
