          Well, the number one best thing you can do as a writer is continue to write, so there's a starting point. Remember to always proof yourself, even in messages. It's a good habit to get in, and will keep your eyes sharp to errors. When I get a chance I'll check out your story.

I think there are a lot of authors on Wattpad who also have writing carrers; so in that regard, I'm not much different. I do have a few novels, if that's what you're referring to. I've posted samples of all of my novels in addition to the short stories.

            Well, I don't know if it's so much of an idea, but you can create most anything into a story as long as it invokes an emotional response. Typically, I write thrillers, crime, that sort of thing, but I strive to have the reader feel an emotional connection with the characters no matter the setting.  It's easy, as long as you feel a connection yourself (and don't go overboard with description, but let the reader fill in the blanks, both in setting and emotion). I'm not sure if that's the sort of author ideas you're looking for. If you need further help, let me know.
