Welcome! I'm BrayLee Wallace, a U.S. Army soldier and author.
The stories I write are inspired by my real journals and personal experiences. While some names and identifying details have been changed, the events, emotions, and lessons are rooted in real life.
My first book, Forged: The Making of a Soldier, follows the journey of a young man leaving home for One Station Unit Training in 2020. It's a story about faith, family, brotherhood, adversity, and the experiences that shape a soldier.
Whether you've served, know someone who has, or simply enjoy authentic stories, I hope you find something meaningful in these pages.
Thank you for taking the time to read my work. This is only the beginning.
