Does anyone know how to get a cover on a book on a computer? My friend sent me a cover for a fanfic I'm writing and I can't get the app cause it's 17+. If so, please let me know!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long while, I'm at writers block right now. I have so many new ideas for other stories, but I've decided to not make another story until I'm done with these 3. I'll probably not finish them until next year to be honest. Thanks for all your support!
