As a teenage girl with an avid interest in writing, I have been inspired by renowned authors like Mary Downing Hahn and Brit Bennett. My passion for writing was first kindled by Hahn who sparked my interest to lose track of time as I read "Daphne's Book". Bennett further ignited the fire in me by pushing me to craft my second novel in third person (The Mothers) which contrasted from the usual stories I read. Here, I hope to pursue my dream of becoming an author one day.
