Brian J. Wagner is a thirty-three year veteran of law enforcement. He retired in 2012 following an eleven year tenure as Chief of Police in a small Wisconsin Community.  An avid sailor, he and wife Judy moved aboard their forty-four foot Hunter sailboat "Sweet Escape" and quite literally sailed off into the sunset - taking the boat from Wisconsin, along the east coast of the United States to the Florida Keys, the Bahamas and beyond.  They have two adult daughters and five grandchildren and now reside in Cape Coral, Florida.
