Hey Everyone,
          
          I know it has been well over a year since I have updated Island Rush: Afterwards. 
          
          I know that I have said I am writing and I've made promises. This time I am for real in saying that a new chapter will be up soon. Actually, within a few days. I am trying to make it a very long chapter in order to make up for not posting in such a long time. 
          
          I truly hope you understand that life certainly gets in the way. I have said repeatedly that writing this book is not my first priority, it actually falls low in my priority list. While I love writing so much, I do have other things occupying a majority of my time. 
          
          This is not meant to be shame towards this book because I so desperately love this story. As many of you hopefully know, Island Rush has been officially published. Let's give a huge hand to JadedViolet on her success. 
          
          Please look for the next chapter to IRA!

          I am in the process of writing another chapter for Island Rush: Afterwards. However, I am taking a break because my grandfather is in the hospital. I will resume writing in a couple of days. 
          
          Just keeping you updated. I'd appreciate your prayers and thoughts as my grandfather fights for his life.

Hey my lovey readers, 
          
          I am so absolutely sorry that there have been no updates from me this summer. I want to explain myself, so here I go:
          
          I came up short with funds from financial aid for my schooling and that caused me to book myself full of work for the summer. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant at two wonderful facilities and I am working both full time. This causes me to not have any time for extra-curricular activities like writing chapters for you all or even seeing my family. Seeing my family will always come first in my life, even though I love to write. 
          
          I love you all and I'm slowly working on a chapter for both my stories. It's just taking time because my schooling is really important to me and I hope you all understand.

Hey Guys, I have FINALLY posted a chapter for IR:A. I know I said I would post two weeks ago, but unfortunately there were some unexpected life events that happened to prevent me from doing so. I am so sorry about this and I hope you all understand.
