Brielle is not a princess. Brielle was not raised in a fancy castle, and no. Brielle is not stupid enough to eat an apple that someone randomly gives you. 

In fact, Brielle is the exact opposite of that. Yes, she hides it well. But Brielle grew up in the ghetto of California. A cardboard box for a table, a blanket and wooden floor boards for a bed. She lived in a family of 7 children. 

It's not surprising that she's resentful of..well, everyone. 

Don't expect to get into her walls. She won't let you. She won't let anyone do that ever again. Not after him.
