One year ago today, I met my wonderful fiancé--and in ten days, he'll be my husband <3
          
          And what a year it's been! We like to talk to each other about our writing projects (even if they're just in the idea stage, like my current one is.) I've been reading Gravity Rises out loud to him, and he's been reading Fellowship of the Ring out loud to me. (He is obsessed with with Lord of the Rings, and I love that about him.) Have we gotten very far into either? No, but we'll have the rest of our lives to finish reading all of GR and LOTR :)
          
          (Btw, so far his favorite Gravity Rises character is Gideon Northwest. It makes sense, bc my fiancé is ISTP, and Gideon is INTP. As a teenager I would not have imagined my ENFP self marrying an ISTP, but now I'm so excited to.)
          
          I can't make any promises about when I'll post content on this account again, but I definitely want to get back into writing regularly. Before that, though, I'm going to go get married and enjoy my honeymoon (which will include watching the solar eclipse that'll be visible over North America :D). Bye for now! <3

          So we are essentially just random strangers to each other- BUT that will not stop me from giving you well-wishes!
          
          I can't believe my favourite fanfic author from a few years back is getting married, I'm so happy for you! Truly, the stories you have given me the blessings to read has shaped my own character in life as a whole. Although it may be too simple at first glance, the lessons in the stories you wrote have truly been part of the things that helped me navigate life. I just want to thank you so much for that.
          
          I don't know you personally, and I'm sure you have been through so many things for these past few years, both ups and downs, but I am so glad to see that one of my favourite authors in Wattpad is still doing well!
          
          And I saw that you said that you're writing a new book? You can definitely bet that I'll be reading that once it comes out! Please don't rush it and make sure to always take care of yourself first! I know how exhausting writing can be, but I'm genuinely looking forward to reading your stories again!

          (he was saying absolutely not and I was saying the formula works so consistently because it speaks to a universal human theme of love and connection)
          
          (but then again, he was forced to watch the obnoxious movies as a child, and I was not)
