(Happy New Year!)

//i have thought of a good setting where they could meet to talk and the central events haven’t happened yet, but it gives a good mini intro to the Phantom without revealing who he is.

Christine carefully walked from the area of her dressing room, still feeling slightly weak and tired from her performance for the ‘Farewell Party’ for the managers. What had happened to her? Why had she suddenly felt like her words and her singing came from somewhere else? She didn’t even know what she had sung that night. She carefully walked towards the foyer where the event was taking place, not wanting to miss the festivities…much less saying goodbye to the managers before they were to retire. She tried to dispel the dizziness as she made it to the foyer. That was when she could see people notice her from below as she began to make her way down the staircase. Many began to cheer as she had performed the lead role as ‘Marguerite’ that evening. ‘If only they knew what had happened that evening…’ she shook her head as she made her way towards the party.

            /it’s fine!

Christine bit the inside of her lip as they continued to walk. She tried to keep her focus ahead as they followed the path to her home.

Jacob turns as well, his eyes narrowed. “Bloody hell.” He whispers.

Christine soon looked to him for a moment. She found herself to be at peace as she walked near the area of Notre Dame. However, she couldn’t quite shake the eerie feeling they were being watched despite the peacefulness.

Elphaba narrowed her eyes as she looked around the area. She had been followed for miles and of all the things that she had to leave behind…it had be her broom stick back at the castle. So, she was currently trying to make her way towards the Dark Woods where she knew she outrun the wizards guards. She had outrun them for now…but it was only a matter of time before they caught up.

Elphaba had to chuckle as she turned her gaze toward Jacob with a nod.

Jacob grins. “I’m quite the fighter myself,” he says. “Thank you for that. My sister would say otherwise.”

“You’re a swordsman?” Elphaba took notice, almost looking to him impressingly. “I must say you conceal it very well.”
