I reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and hold a Bachelors Degree in English Literature. Born and raised in a rural area here, the desert skies and open landscape instilled a deep appreciation for sweeping fantasy and science fiction.

My first self-published novella was a science fiction story called "Zilly's War," and the follow-up novel "Talking Man" is set in the same universe. 

In addition to writing prose, I write and direct independent films; my recent short film "The Art Painting" is currently on the film festival circuit and has already won a number of awards. I'm also a runner, thru-hiker, and massive Tolkien nerd.
