Oh yeah,
So what's the big deal with authors putting up a "warning" when they're announcing in the story/summary that their story has LGBTQ aspects??
Like, is being two gay guys or two lesbian girls really so bad that it needs to warrant a warning??
Is being a trans or queer or all that good shit dangerous or something that it has to be considered a warning?
Like I dont understand it. It's just love. Does love need a warning to inform others about who's involved? Why not just put a warning for straight relationships while you're at it, just so it's not so damn prejudice against the LGBTQ community.
Why can't the valid gay people just be announced and that's all? No warning. They dont need to have a warning. If people don't like gays or the other LGBTQ members, then they have the choice to not read that story and move on with their life. If they still decide to read and hate on that story or author, it's their own fault.
As far as I'm aware, gay people, trans, queers, ace people, and all of them, are so much better than straight people. I personally feel that's true cause I've never really had the best experience with most of them, family included, and all of my friends are in some way in the LGBTQ community.
I have a RAGING lesbian best friend, a bi or pan 2nd best friend (cant tell which one she is), used to have a pan ex that I cut ties with completely, I personally think my sister is ace cause she doesnt date or find anyone attractive and only has celebrity crushes, and so on. And I'm pan and demiromantic so.
I just dont understand why the LGBTQ community has to be under the "warnings" category when its literally nothing to be concerned about and it's not like love has to follow a specific dynamic.
Thanks for listening to my rant
(If ya did..)
