**please read for a long and overdue update**
          
          hi loves, i am so sorry about the lack of updates and being inactive on this page. i have a lot to explain so bare with me.
          
          i started Afterglow during my senior year of high school as a passion project and as a hobby. in two weeks, i'm starting my senior year of college. a lot of time has passed and i have grown a lot, and to be quite frank, i feel like i'm a different person compared to who i was when i started this page. 
          
          with that said, i am not as passionate about Afterglow compared to when i started it. over these past couple of years, i have written maybe a chapter or two and have not been able to fully immerse myself into the Afterglow world BUT I REALLY WANT TO CONTINUE WRITING THIS BOOK. i appreciate all the love and support i have gotten with Afterglow and words will not be able to describe how i feel. in order to immerse myself back into Jace and Juliana's world i am revising and editing through Afterglow! i want to fully edit through Afterglow first before publishing the changes. there will be updates made and possibly some changes plot wise but nothing too drastic!
          
          if you haven't noticed, i've taken down Miss Americana as well. Miss Americana was a book that i've planned on writing for a long time, but it does not feel like a fit for the Afterglow world. it is very loosely inspired by my real life and i want to base it in a college setting. 
          
          with that said, i am planning on writing a new book, new series, new characters, a new setting, and rated mature. i'm not sure when it will come out, but be on the lookout for both new updates for Afterglow and a new book!

When are we gonna get a new chapter on Afterglow 

hey loves! im on winter break right now and i want to update and fix chapters of afterglow! im hoping to get back into writing as much as possible! 

omg hi loves! i forgot about this app will not lie. i hope everyone is doing well <3

i am genuinely so excited and so happy to say that Miss Americana and The Heartbreak Prince is coming along so greatly! i am so proud of this book and everything that it stands for. 
          
          delainey’s story is a version of my own that i’ve experienced, and i’m so excited to share it with you guys. 
          
          don’t worry! afterglow will be finished but im having a blast telling this story for now <3

summer classes are boring. so boring that Homecoming looks like it’s around the corner soon for the Afterglow crew. 
          
          i’m in the process of writing the next chapter and i hope you’ll love it :)

thank you from the bottom of my heart for still support afterglow. i know it’s been a long time coming but im so grateful for everyone still supporting and i hope you’re excited to see Jace and Juliana’s story
