The crows surrounded her body as she screamed for help yet nobody could hear her over the squawks of the birds with the blackened souls. The agony was unbearable as their dark wings slapped against her. The horrible creatures pecked at her skin, they were drawing blood, and lots of it. She was dizzy and disoriented, so in her impaired state she stopped to think. She asked herself many irrational questions but one stood out to her, she considered the question. Thinking it over, and over again. why am I fighting? I deserve this, it's my own fault. She them paused in defending herself. She let them peck at her skin. Hopefully she wouldn't survive, she didn't want it and nobody else did. So she closed her eyes and felt the burning pain, because to her she deserved it. Yet before she left the world of the living the flocks of crows squawked and screamed in a birding way, they scattered and the crowds of people who had gathered watched in a mixture of happiness and relief seeing what was to come to finish off the job. The people watched closely with smirks aimed at her. She heard them before she saw them. Turkey Vultures. The vicious birds flew to her almost lifeless body and ripped her flesh away from her body, leaving a lifeless corpse behind. The villagers were pleased with the job the birds did, for nobody shall commit adultery in this town without being punished.
