I keep on adding my thoughts here:
Just one thing: Try to reduce your expectations. If you deserve something / someone you WILL eventually get it for good.
Keep Smiling: Smiles the only curve that makes everything straight. We all have problems. Everyone does. it's just the way you handle it.
Don't ever think that you need a guy or girl to make you happy. It's you and your loved ones. Please don't change yourself for them. At the end your body will be with you and not 'that ' guy or girl.
If you have three Meals daily, if you have clean clothes to wear, a cozy home and Internet connection to use wattpad, instagram and YouTube. Be thankful and stop cribbing over an iPhone or other things. Your parents earn money with a lot of difficulty. Be grateful and thankful.
The question is not of skinny shaming or fat shaming. It's about being healthy. If someone is skinny, there is no point telling her/him to eat cream or fats. Tell her/him to have a balanced diet and exercise daily. If she/he is fat never tell to starve herself. Trust me she/he would have already done that.If it has something to do with with your genetics or hormones you can't change it so learn accept it and love it.
We should never really speak when we are over whelmed with our emotions. it's generally not true and we end up hurting others because of 'our moment. '
