Happy Christmas all! We are hoping that you will be spending the holidays with peace, healing, and love in your hearts. The year was a rollercoaster ride for us all and there are some of us who went through something unimaginable, something mentally and emotionally draining. 
          
          We can only hope to rise soon but always remember that it's the amount of times you get up that counts, and that it's alright to take a breather once in a while. You don't always have to keep moving.
