@voif1d I suggest not basing much regarding knowledge of Eragon off the movie. It was good but completely inaccurate.

          Thanks for taking the time to read 'Dragon of Legend' and for becoming a fan.
          No, I have never read the 'Inheritance' series by Christopher Paolini before. I did see the movie 'Eragon' though which did inspire the story somewhat as it first started the idea in my mind of a world with dragons that could communicate with humans. As for the the 'Dragonriders of pern' series by Anne McCaffrey I've never heard of before, but I'll check them out, thanks for recommending them:)
