          Thanks for the votes on my book. You are just getting to the point where the story takes off in a big way as Evelyn encounters THE VISITOR. Hope you enjoy the story. 
          
          Do follow me if you are interested in how my writing develops. So far THE VISITOR is currently being submitted to publishers ... and still looking. MINDSLIP is approaching that standard and is currently in a final (ha-ha) edit. GREEN DOOR is in third draft.

          I am sad to say that due to personal safety reasons, I have been advised to discontinue all online activity my ex is aware of. He knows about this account, so it is one that must also go. I am pulling my stories from public view and will no longer be making posts from this account. I am sincerely sorry if this upsets anyone. I don't know when or if I will be able to continue on here. It all depends on how this works out. Hopefully, it goes well. I wish you all the best.

Hey All You Wonderful People!!
          
          So today was the big day with the neurologist. It did not go as well as I had hoped. Not only can I not write while I'm still in school, I had to beg to be allowed to stay in school, and only on the condition that I get an extension on course assignments and take it as easy as possible and if I feel strained at all or if I have another seizure, school is out until I am under control and well adjusted to the meds until my next appointment in three months.
          
          Though it's not what I wanted to hear, I am at least able to finish this class and then have to take a few months' break before I even think about returning. But the good news is, I'm seizure free for a full week now! And I'm only sleeping off and on 12-15 hours a day now instead of the 15-18 I was before. I'm getting there, it's just really slow progress.
          
          But I did have a possibly drug induced epiphany on a critical piece of the Life Within Series, so that was kinda awesome... at least to me right now when my doctor says I'm not able to think clearly enough for school... so we'll see if I still agree with that when I'm able to write again, but it has to do with what happened in the dark ages and the mating issues....

Hey Guys,
          
          I'm sorry for my delay in getting the next chapter out. I've been stressing over some medical testing and couldn't focus for the life of me. I finally had the last of the testing done yesterday at the hospital, and then they wouldn't let me leave. Turns out my  issues were all actually different types of seizures. They don't look like what I thought seizures were, so I've had epilepsy my entire life and didn't know it. Anyway. Give me a bit to adjust to this new diagnosis and the lifestyle change that comes with it, and I will get back to writing. 
          
          I'm still going to do NaNoWriMo and my grad classes start in a week, so I may  not be able to write much on Betrayal in November. 
          
          I know I've been kinda flaky on you guys lately since I've been stressing over everything, and I am truly sorry about that. I am also super grateful that you have stood by me even though I haven't been the best at updates. That truly means a great deal to me, and I can't thank you all enough for all your support!
          
          Here's to a new chapter on life and in my books!

          So I've been stressing myself into writer's block. @EliSummers straightened me out though. I'm going to write something else for NaNoWriMo and just write Betrayal naturally. The characters are already talking to me again. So I hope to have something posted in the next day or two.
          
          I'm also going to be editing Life Within over the next month or so. Would anyone be interested in Beta reading? I'll give you a free copy of the published book when it comes out. Let me know :-)

          Chapter 8 is up! It's a little shorter than what these chapters have been lately, but it felt like a good place to stop. I'll be starting Chapter 9 here shortly.  I'm starting to feel like myself for the majority of the day again, so I should get back on track with the writing schedule :-)

Hey Guys,
              Chapter 7 is up! It has literally taken me all week to write this chapter.  My doc put me on a new medication that made thinking like wading through sludge.  I'm starting to clear up a little more in the evenings, so maybe I can even get another chapter in tonight.  
          
          This was really bad timing for downtime. It'll probably be another week or two before my body adjusts, so I'm throwing out my old timeline. I'll be lucky to finish this book before Thanksgiving at this rate. I still want to try to get it done in a month, but I can't make any promises. I may just have to do something else for NaNoWriMo. We'll see.
          
          Thank you for being amazing and supporting me even though I've not been consistent. I'm very grateful for all of you and I will try to be better in the future :-)

Hey Guys,
          
          Chapter 6 is up, like 5 it is not at all edited.  I'll start 7 tonight, but more than likely won't finish it until tomorrow.  I still want to have written up to chapter 13 by this time next week. That's 7 chapters, but I'll be back on track.  Here's to a hopefully very productive week :-)

          I'm behind schedule as I've been sick, but Chapter 5 is up and I am working on 6 now. I'm hoping to get it done tonight and maybe 7. I am determined to have chapter 8 up before I go to bed Monday night.
