If I ever read your book and made a comment that seems rude, I apologize.  I tend to give my opinion on the situation going on but I don't mean to direct it towards anyone's writing skills. Today, I found a story I really love and miss but I realized I cannot follow the account and/or leave a comment. I guess I somehow hurt the author's feelings and it hurts my heart to realize that.
