Just got done crying for the first time in three months, bc I kind of turned of my emotions for a while. than I just pretended to be happy, and today I just cracked. I guess I was happy sometimes, but overall I have been depressed

It started kind of like after my cousins death. I have already been to way too many funerals, and gone through my share of traumatic things. I really  didn't need more at all, and when it happened I guess I kind of just shoved down my feelings

So can I just trauma dump for a sec? ok so today my bsf came over, and we hung out, and me and then we were gonna go to my other bsf's house, but than My mom gets a call from my dad that my cousin got into a car accident, and they don't think she's gonna make it. So then the plans are canceled and we drive up to the hospital where we wait for a bit until my aunts and uncles come, then we finally go in and see her, and she is unrecognizable, her eyes are foggy and unfocused, she's uncounciuos but her eyes are open, her heart has stopped multiple times, she is having seizures, she is gurgling up blood, and she is only alive because of all the meds, and tubes they have hooked up to her. At one point I'm holding her hand, and she has another seziure, making her grip my hand super tightly, and scaring me so much I almost screamed and was shaking. She had suffered so much brain damage she most definitely wasn't going to live. They decided to take her off life support, and she eventually died. While she was dying, she regurgatated blood from her mouth and nose, and was having violent sezures. It took like five minutes of them wiping off the blood trickling down her face before she died.
