          Their screams haunt my nightmares,

          but its bearable if your here with me
          lying by my side.
          
          Your voice puts me at rest,
          along with your steady breaths.

          when your in my arms,
          in a unconscious state at best.
          
          That way you don't see.

          That way they're unable to take control
