I hate most people on Wattpad if I'm speaking honestly
Not because everyone here is terrible, no, but but because sometimes it feels like people care more about attention than actually connecting with someone. I've met some and I gotta they were fake as fuck. You can spend hours putting your thoughts, your stories, and pieces of yourself into something, only to get ignored while the same recycled ideas get thousands of reads.
I hate fake supporters
People who say they’ll read your work and never do. They'll only interact with you because they want you to return the favor. They judge a story before actually understanding what the writer was trying to say.
And honestly, I’m tired of feeling like everything has to be a competition.
I write because I have something to say. Sometimes it’s ugly, sometimes it’s personal, and sometimes it probably won't make sense to everyone.
But it’s mine and it's the only art I fucking bleed for!
Maybe that's why I hate most people on here. Not because I hate you guys in general, but because I hate how easily genuine creativity and genuine connection can get buried underneath attention, popularity and pretending or getting Netflix to promote a shitty love story.
