Let's say in the future, with yautja using genetics or donating their blood to the humans, when the Colonial Marines and Colonists of Earth were to be captured by the yautja for trying to steal their lands (planets that they've colonized before the humans came), will be shocked upon seeing Nika, Lev, Torres, Masoghbe, Kenji and Caleb leading their own parties? I can picture one human mocking the yautja that their queen and commanders are humans until Dral'Zhakur or any of the high-ranking yautja corrects them that they are human yautjas, humans who embraced the ways and cultures of the yautja.

@werecat49 I had thought about bringing in Colonial Marines in Thorned Affection. Maybe in future stories. I'm still reading and learning about the entire Predator/Aliens universe.

Question: What was Ka'Varu's childhood like with his siblings, broodmates and did he kill a Kallisk or something fiercer than it for his Chiva?

@werecat49 Ka'Varu had a great relationship with his siblings. He butted heads with his father Dral. Most of the clashes were over his mother. The other confrontations were about Dral's high standards and expectations of him. He's closer to his brother Krath'va though. ❤️

I really liked how you made Grendel King stand out in Thorned Affection. If he's making more appearances in future stories, I wondered if he has a harem like a proud alpha lion and a brood of Grendel Princes and Princesses.

@werecat49 I haven't really written much more of The Grendel King. He does exist in the Thorned Affection and along the timeline. There's just so many characters that have had stories of their own requested like Zhan'ta and Ka'Varu.

@_LunaraLy_Amore_ no, it's ongoing. Thorned Affection was written first. I received a lot requests to write Nika and Tor'vak's time together, so that's what prompted this one to be written a little later.
