Author’s Note: The Hunt Begins Anew
I want to offer a sincere apology to everyone who has been following the journey of Kadura No Dralaka. I know updates have been sparse, and I truly appreciate the patience you’ve shown while I focused on my main project, Thorned Affection, as well as the secondary storylines of Nika and Tor’vak.
I’ve made the decision to temporarily pull the story for a major rework. As I delved deeper into this universe, I realized that Krath’va—a hunter caught between his father’s cold Yautja expectations and his mother’s human resilience—deserved a more grounded, evocative introduction.
Furthermore, the Thoraxi species and their immaculate, guarded homeworld needed much more atmospheric development. I wanted to fully flesh out the "Generations" of their society and the clinical, adaptive nature of their technology, like Nord’s material-reforming gauntlet, to ensure they felt like a truly formidable foil to the Yautja.
Kadura No Dralaka will be returning to Ao3 and Wattpad very soon, sharper and more immersive than before.
Thank you for sticking with me through this evolution.
Apologies for not getting some chapters up. I needed to rest my brain haha. I guess this would be a good thing since some of my friends told me to slow down on uploading TA Chapters. I'll have some uploaded tomorrow though! Sorry again!

Random, but I got asked on TikTok who Nika's look is based off of. The answer is Jhene Aiko (singer). I've always been a fan of Jhene, she has always been my muse for the looks of my female characters. Does help that I have a celebrity crush on her aside from being obsessed with her singing voice and music. So yeah, that's who Nika was designed after. ❤️
