Hey everyone!
An announcement today: I'm making some pretty major changes to the first four chapters of GatS, including the following:
-Swapping the first two chapters, making Thane's backstory the prologue instead
-A more vivid version of Thane's traumatic experience as a teen
-Some more fluid worldbuilding that fits with the themes of the book
-Dialogue more true-to-character in several places
-All of the story from chapter 3 onward will now be in present tense!
