You're going to find this funny, but i don't like to start writing about myself. If you click along, I imagine you're going to have some good laughs. Practically promise it. Me? I want to uplift people, using a wide dramatic range. I want to explore concepts beyond what we think of as daily life. I also want to write characters that you can feel have popped right out of daily life, too. My writing is a place where it comes together.
I am bringing my political satire/ YA urban fantasy "Trash Talk" here, first. I intend to soon start collecting interviews with my co-workers, who have chosen, like me, to work in the neighborhood grocery store, despite the horrific mass shooting there three years ago. That's an example of people popping out of your everyday life, as their true selves, and I hope you'll join us.
I taught ESL Online for five years, am considering doing it, again. My time with the youngsters opened my own childhood, and that level of imagination can be found in 'Drawn Into Adventure.'
I write songs, too, and have lyrics which I will post as poems.
I'm been a professional feature writer, and bring peace and cheer to people at my local grocery store post, with an attitude I feel is going to empower me to stitch together, till and plant--whatever your favorite metaphor, a puzzle of the Future, even==a variety of fiction, including original work that would be a fine basis for entire franchises. I am going to find out when I keep my head clearly on my heart, and believe I can, after all, unite in my life, a variety of dreams, professional engagements, and opportunities to share inspiration in myriad ways, to help people love life in the way I embrace my own.
