"OH HOW WONDERFULLY MARVELOUS !" A male voice spoke as a young tall male, around the same height as Charlie walked, or rather skated, into the lobby, looking in awe at the decoration, throwing his arms up dramatically, skating around the furniture. He had pale blue skin and light blue curly hair in a Gene Wilder style haircut, along with piercing blue eyes with snowflake shaped pupils, small curved blue horns and a wide grin. He was wearing a big oversized blue tophat with a pair of white snow goggles on it, a blue and light blue striped scarf, a blue coattail along with ruffles and blue pants along with ice pointy slippers with ice cubes ornaments. His staff was made of a long icicle, mounted by a big snow globe which seemingly always displayed a gentle snow storm. Behind him was wiggling a long thin tail with an ice cube end. An army of nine penguins was following him, all wearing a different hat or haircut.
