▪︎ **Sleep All Day!** Staying at home and sleeping sounds like a heavenly idea, doesn't it? But here's a problem, if you sleep too much, your biological clock will go bonkers and you'll struggle to fix your schedule later on. Not only that, you'll also feel groggy and too tired to move and work.
▪︎ **Caffeine and Alcohol!** Yes, at least during this heatwave, try not to drink any drink consisting of caffeine or alcohol because they can be dehydrating for your body, which is literally the opposite of what you need now.
▪︎ **Open Windows When You Should Close!** No, lol. We're not talking about Windows XP here. It's actual *windows*. It's highly recommended to keep your windows closed during the day to prevent the hot air from getting into your room. After the sun has set and/or you notice the breeze outside is cold, open the windows for the cool air to circulate throughout your room. It'll keep your room temperature way lower than outside.
▪︎ **Late Night Parties!** Avoid eating snacks or oily food late at night because they are prone to increase your body temperature. It would be both unhealthy and uncomfortable, which none of us wants, right? :)
To wrap it up, remember that this is a temporary but critical crisis, and being just a bit alert and careful can even save lives. Plant and encourage others to plant trees as much as you can, use less plastic and more paper, stop using chemicals where naturals can be helped, reuse, recycle and recover instead of creating more garbage because even if some people deny it, we know this is just the beginning of the results of climate change, a reflection of our own attributes in environment pollution. In order to stop these from happening more and frequently at that, we need to take necessary actions *now*. Search up what YOU can do to stop these unnatural turmoils. Stay close to your family and friends, share awareness and be safe wherever you are!
