I’ve only read up to chapter 6 of Abandon so far but I love it! But I’m really confused on the whole Jane being the other Jane? Is she like a descendant of the other Jane? Or was the other Janes conscious downloaded and put into the Jane we know? If you could help me understand that’d be super cool. Lol

Yes, she is a descendant of the other Jane. It is not a consciousness download and I don't want to give away the story, you'll have to keep reading. :)
