Charles Peterson Sheppard is author of The Specialist: The Costa Rica Job. He is originally from Springwater, NY 14560 and attended Wayland Central School in Wayland, NY 14572. He has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, a Master's Degree in Eucation & Public Policy and a background in college journalism, public school teaching, correctional counseling and parole supervision. He lives in California with his wife Paz Merlan (also an author).
