          combat style / weaponry: better with a bow and arrow than with a sword, and even better off the frontlines and working on strategy at the backends.
          
          strategic blind-spots: i tend to try to do things on my own and i over do, i also tend to undermine other people’s insights; definitely would need accountability on my inferiority complex so i don’t look down on other people in order to not feel like an outsider. being an asian immigrant, i’ve felt out of place my whole life, my sexuality on top of that definitely doesn’t help, so i try very hard to prove myself, even if it’s at the expense of what’s best. it blinds me. my biggest blind spot is my lack of predicting my own burn outs. i push and push and enter an almost inhuman state of hyperproductivity (either in bursts over a brief period of time or sustained for weeks, possibly months), where, if unchecked, can leave me sick and, potentially, bedridden.

additional notes: as a pre-med my anatomical knowledge is broad, though despite the helpful aspects mentioned above, “helpful” is not limited to helping the sick, but also fighting the strong. i understand quick-easy kill points and how to hit them accurately- i also know how to do the opposite of that and strike to perfectly paralyze without ever threatening death. beyond this, as a violinist my ear isn’t just trained, but so are my other senses. being concert master means i have to know the very beat of the orchestra, who’s nervous and is gonna mess up their bowing, who’s overly confident and needs to decrescendo in the first violins– this gives me an upperhand at reading large groups of people at once, proving useful in situations particularly similar in size and volume.

where you can find me: creating lengthy annals, keeping record of most anything and everything, memorizing large portions of anatomy, all while whisking my matcha with my chasen. adjacent to the library, you can find me in my office 99% of the time, i collect antique ceramic inkwells that i precariously balance on top of empty mugs of tea-- these stacks have quite literally infiltrated any surface area left of my desk. 
            
            credentials: ravenclaw is cut from the cloth of this cabin, so that explains what it needs to; erudite is the same idea, just a different font. i’ve taken ap statistics with high scores on my exams, qualifying me for strategist. i’m currently a pre-med student in multiple high level science classes, my rote memorization of complex cellular cycles and neurological processes within my chosen specialty proves my deep analytical thinking skills. given my comfortability in working hospital settings, i’m more than at home with high-stress, fast paced environments; making me easy to work with, no matter the situation. within the medical field, i understand patients and detailed deep thinking for quick solutions. as a violinist with experience as first violin as well as concert master in many orchestras across the east coast, i understand artistry and music well and the depth in meaning behind those. due to this expertise in music, my ears are well trained to hear what most cannot, the small details. i’m also an english tutor for underclassmen, so i have a strong grasp on explaining subjects well. i’m a prolific writer and enjoy doing it very much, this skill definitely contributes to my role as secretary.

          ROUND TWO of voting for Cabin Counselor has been released!
          
          You will see only FIVE names up for the running. These are the final five. The person who has the most votes at the END OF MARCH will be our first Cabin SIX - Athena | Cabin Counselor!
          
          A few things to remember:
          
          1) This is ROUND TWO of voting. 
          - Unless the chosen person is unanimous, we'll have to hold another vote with the top people.
          
          2) You CAN'T vote for yourself.
          - I feel like I should've mentioned this more frequently, but I forgot.
          
          3) PLEASE don't get too upset if you end up losing the vote. 
          - Cabin Counselor will only hold their position for a period of SIX complete months (unless they ask to be demoted sooner), and then another vote will be held.
