I'm a young 20-something with aspirations of being an author/filmmaker. So far, it's slow going on both counts, but I remain optimistic. My main influence is myth and folklore, I try to imbue most of my stories with a mythological, dreamlike tone (to the best of my abilities, anyway). However, I also branch out into horror and science fiction. Anything that lets my imagination run wild, really. I enjoy film much more than I should, and subsequently I spend most of my time glued to a TV set, absorbing everything I can.
