It is said that 'A reader lives a thousand lives before they die... Those who never read live only one' ( because reading does that to you. It gives you a chance to live different lives under different circumstances ) 

Reading is a conversation, all books talk but a good book listens as well and maybe this is why we read and why in moments of darkness we return to books to find words for what we already know.
