Hi! My name is Caitlyn, or Cait if you prefer. I am a Yankee who somehow got thrown into the Southern world and culture. I was moved abruptly from my cozy life in a small town in Upstate New York, only to find myself stumbling around in the city of Gonzales, Louisiana. It was odd to find that Gonzales, and most of the state that I have seen, is city life and not the country redneck, hillbillies we all think of when we think of the south. (no offense) The culture and accents and everything else can make you marvel at how different things get when you wander 1,500 miles away from home. Aside from that, I recently graduated from high school and am working full time at a bank, trying to get a car so that I can go to college and get my writing career on the road. I set up a Wattpad upon request (or a lot of very strong demanding) from my very stubborn best friend, who seems to be shoving me in the direction she believes I need to go, because she thinks I am meant to write. Therefore, take it easy on me. I'm still a little shy about sharing my work, although I am slowly learning that criticism will help you more than hurt you in the world of writing.
