@enjoy_your_love I don't think that he does own it, but he was the one that signed Modest! to the X Factor! And yeah breaking the contract could ruin their career! But once the 5 year contract with Modest! is up I don't want them to not be One Direction anymore because that would literally ruin my life :( xx
