r/ tulpas is a subreddit with many good guides
            My tips are to just give some attention in the direction of the tulpa you dont need to do meaningfull stuff all the time just kinda recognizing that they are there is fine
            
            If you dont know what to talk about but want to talk with your tulpa you can
            if you remember something you can give the tulpa a story time of the memory 
            if youre doing an activity explain  what the activity is
            you could explain a funny word or tell a fun fact
            the important thing is that the developing tulpa gets attention
            
            Dont get discouraged if you feel like you dont have progress for a long time for us it took a few months before getting to a point where we could talk
            
            and here maybe some tips for the when the tulpa talks and stuff but dosent have a fully formed sence of self and is still exploring existing phase? if you have one i guess
            When the tulpa starts to communicate and stuff encourage separation between you, encourage them to chose a hobby or interest that you dont have or if you have it you could try to find a separating detail for example if both you and your tulpa love sharks you can try to find different favorite sharks
            Allow them to make choices about how they look, if they maybe want a different name or if they grow to a like/dislike or personality trait you never expected them to have thats fine
            
            you can look into othelink(its a voluntary nonhuman/alterhuman identity where you chose to identify as something) and chose different linktypes or make the tulpa chose one and not you since you have a theriotype for separation and anchor reasons
            this can help if you want something to latch onto to be more separate so you can use instincts and traits of the linktype as easy individual traits and identity to be able to easier form a separate identity 
            
            our tips might not be that helpfull since were working more like a typical endogenic system than a tulpamancer & tulpa
