Why does all the great authors either disappear,  or publish on kindle (I don't have that) . How much does it cost to make a paper back copy of the book is seriously pay for one to be printed 

Does anyone know any good BWWM stories 

I've decided that I'm going to buy everyone's paperback copies even if I didn't like the book
