Ohh. I basically put on a sports bra, tied a scarf really tight around it, tied a bandana towards the top, then another towards the bottom (they take a few tries to get them really tight), and then you just put another sports bra on to help keep it in place(although the last sports bra is optional). And that's a diy binder! It doesn't fully strap everything down. But it does a pretty standard good job, and the little bump is enough to keep your family from being suspicious if you're not out yet :)

Guys I made a homemade binder out of sports bras, bandanas and a scarf. I love it! It doesn't fully make my chest flat, but it's flatter than usual and I'm happy~!
